To guarantee you do not need to leave the complex for anything, it is available for you an ATM machine at Prainha Clube reception. Upon availabity inherent in the Bank owner of the machine.

Ask reception for baby sitting service. Pre booking required.

Bike and motorbikes rental
Ask reception for bike and motorcycles rental service.
Available: From 09:00am to 6:00pm - subject to availability.

Cleaning
For guests, cleaning service is made every day except Sundays and holidays. Change of towels made twice a week and bed sheets once a week. Daily change available by extra charge.

Emergency doctor
In case you need a doctor during your stay, please contact the reception that will provide you a medical home (extra cost) or contact and directions of the hospitals, centre cares and service pharmacies.

Through reception you can book a variety of excursions, boat trips, outdoor activities, extreme activities, helicopter flights, horse riding and more.

Free parking available for Prainha Clube and Prainha Village guests.
 
Golf
Through the reception, you can book the best golf courses in the region with preferential rates. To enjoy these discounts you must have the voucher given to you at the moment of the booking by reception and present it in golf course.
 
Internet
Free wi-fi at Prainha Clube apartments and reception.
 
Laundry service
If you wish to use the Laundry service, please contact the reception of the housekeeper responsible for your apartment. Extra charged.
 
Maintenance
Despite the careful inspection to the properties prior check-in, if you check and there is any malfunction or damage, please advice reception that will send our maintenance team.

Money Exchange
Ask reception for money exchange. To this service may be inherent some cost for bank charges.
